MEMBERSHIP IN US ISPA

US ISPA membership shall be open to any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of providing Internet service, whose application for membership is approved by the board of directors. The board may grant membership to other business entities, as it deems appropriate from time to time.

Members shall pay dues as established by the board of directors from time to time, and the payment of such dues shall be a condition precedent to effective membership in this Association.
